Universal vs. Clamshell. The Universal fits a standard 36″ door opening. The Clamshell is wider (45″) and wraps around both sides of the wall, which gives it a cleaner, stronger install.

In-swing vs. out-swing. Out-swing doors are harder to force because the frame takes the hit. In-swing doors are the better fit when the hallway outside the room has no space for the door to open.

Security Door. It has a thicker 1 7/8″ door and a UL Listed electronic lock. Its keypad can be mounted and hidden up to seven feet from the door.

Lock and finish options. Every model comes with a mechanical or electronic lock. Finishes include Gloss Black, Black Cherry or Sapphire Blue, with chrome, black chrome or gold hardware.
