1878 – 65 Extra Wide

A canyon-like interior expanse.

The 1878-65 provides an incredible amount of secure storage at the best dollar per cubic foot rate you’ll find. This safe is massive. The Extra Wide interior yields a maximum capacity of 65 long guns on the DPX door rack and Axis Adjustable Shelving will room to spare for handguns, optics cameras and other valuables. Though wide, the 1878 safe is only 60″ tall, giving you more options for safe placement than some of our taller models.

While the footprint of this safe is large, the exterior depth is a mere 25 inches to prevent it from protruding excessively into the room in which it is placed.

1878 – 49 Wide

Built for hunters, in the size you need.

This beautiful safe capably houses up to 49 long guns and still has room for jewelry, pistols, documents and other important items. Available in a rich gloss black or a tough textured charcoal finish, giving you a style that will compliment your home interior or look right at home in the garage. Tasteful scroll graphics resemble what you may find engraved on your favorite over and under shotgun.

The lower height profile of the 1878-49 gives you more options for safe placement than some of our taller models. We’ve designed our gun safes to be wider like a bureau instead of the more common “boxy” refrigerator like dimensions of other safes (25″ exterior depth), allowing you to place the safe in any number of locations in your house without blocking off interior space.

1878 – 33 Standard

The standard for hunters.

The smallest safe in the 1878 line, the 33 is classified as a Standard size safe. The slim interior houses up to 33 long guns with plenty of space for jewelry, pistols, documents and other important items.

The small overall size of the 1878-33 makes it the ideal safe if you don’t have a lot of extra room, or you want to store a portion of your firearms in a bedroom closet or other location separate from your primary firearm storage.
